Corporate Identification Number (CIN)

 Section 12(3)(c) of Company Act 2013, provides that every company shall get its
  • Name
  • Address of its registered office
  • Corporate Identity Number
  • Telephone number, fax number, if any, e-mail
  • Website addresses (if any)

Printed in all its business letters, billheads, letter papers and in all its notices and other official publications.

Non-conformance shall attract a penalty of one thousand Rupees a day not exceeding 1 Lakh.

Tally has supported printing of CIN in all invoices and vouchers and more than 300 reports. You can print, mail and export all these details with your CIN no.

According to Section 12(3)(c) of Company Act 2013, it is mandatory for companies registered under MCA to mention their corporate identification number (CIN) in all their official communication.
